Perhaps you have never stopped and consciously thought about the possible answers. You will certainly have given it some sub-conscious thought as you go about your normal daily activities. You could be interested in a career in many sectors but let’s use human resources as an example. HR as it is often called, is a much sought after career choice for many people. It is a career offering great variety of work experiences in many industrial and commercial sectors, a wide range of working methods and the opportunity to work with people in a way that helps them to develop their own careers.
When you are at the start of your working life you probably have more than one possible choice of career. At some stage you will make that final decision and what you have been considering suddenly becomes an important expectation in your thinking about your future.
You now know what you want to do and you expect to achieve your career goals. You expect a satisfying career. And you expect success in what you intend to achieve both in your actual work and your financial rewards. The next step is to find how to land your next job.

- What do you do when people disagree with your ideas?
- What does it mean to be successful? … Then how successful have you been so far?
