Developing human resources skills and abilities in key work forces
The Philippine nation has made tremendous gains in supplying services to businesses working on an international basis. They have secured a good reputation for their capability in services that are not always easy to find in other countries. That includes specialized services for business systems and especially for internet marketing.
The government has done much to further this progress by enabling Filipinos to learn the things other nations require for business services that are sourced overseas. Not least of which is an understanding of good, highly trained human resources.
To ensure a developing skill and competence in human resource management they have introduced HR training courses like this one:
Components of the training include Orientation to Top management and Launching, Strategic HR Planning, Strategic HR session for the Department Heads and Supervisors, Training Facilitation and Presentation Skills, Training and Coaching on managing HR Intervention, Validation of Strategic HR Plan, Training on HRD Planning, Benchmarking, Coaching and Mentoring, Presentation of Draft HRD Plan with Budgetary Requirements to Top Management, Enhancement of the Output, Integration Activity and Calibration, and Submission of Final Outputs.
Participants in the HRD training will be department heads, supervisors, and provincial council members.
This five months long program is running in Lanao Norte, a province in Northern Mindanao which describes itself as "The Land Of Beauty And Bounty".
